spacious room sea view great facilities ant infestation pillow menu missing towel
i really loved how spacious the rooms were with balconies facing the sea! everyone was kind and tried their best to. the facilities were great, especially the gym, spa, and barber shop. it is definitely one of the best options on the pearl!
i found an ant infestation in one of the beds. the management staff seemed to shrug it off. they didn't make me aware of the pillow menu. the towels weren't always replaced in the room.

the seamless check-in was appreciated. the service was very attentive and efficient. the restaurants were amazing. I especially liked public house.
The carpets in my room needed a thorough deep clean. They were filthy. it was quite an inconvenience. i hope this issue is addressed promptly.

the staff ensured a smooth check-in. the room service team delivered promptly. assistance with luggage was readily available. everyone was very polite! but the wi-fi was slow.

the hotel offers multiple restaurants and bars. the gym contains three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the pool area includes twenty loungers and a shaded section. a barber shop is conveniently located inside the hotel!

The location, a bit away from the city, worked very well for me. The private pool and beach area were fantastic!!! The views around the hotel were also excellent. Restaurant facilities both around and inside the hotel were great.
The room's shower had poor water pressure.

The heated jacuzzi was a delight given the time of year. I found it easy to walk to Qanat Quartier a beautiful area nearby. Multiple staff members were friendly and helpful .
